Frequently asked questions
Can I sponsor my spouse if I am on a work permit?
Some countries allow a spouse to join you on a dependent or open work permit while you are on a temporary visa. Full sponsorship for PR usually needs you to be a citizen or permanent resident.
What proves a genuine marriage?
Consistent evidence over time: photos, communication, joint finances or property, family involvement and visits. No single document proves a relationship on its own.
