Our fees and how we work
Your first consultation is free. After that, we charge a service fee only for work you choose, agreed in a written service agreement before we start. Government, university, test and third-party fees are separate, are paid directly to the official body wherever possible, and are never refunded by us because we do not keep them.

What is charged, and when?

How our process works
- Free consultation and profile check.
- Written advice on suitable routes, with fees and a realistic timeline.
- Service agreement signed; you receive an invoice.
- Document checklist; we review every document you give us.
- We prepare and file the application with you.
- We keep you updated until the decision, and advise on next steps.
