How can I tell if a job offer is fake?
- You are asked to pay for the job offer or for an LMIA. Genuine employers do not charge for this.
- The employer cannot be found on official registers, or the email address is a free webmail account.
- There is no interview, or the offer arrives within days of first contact.
- The salary is far above normal for the role.
In India, recruiting workers for jobs abroad is regulated under the Emigration Act, 1983. SunOverseas does not sell jobs or act as a recruiting agent.

Is it safe to pay an agent for a job abroad?

Can my spouse work if I get a work visa?
It depends on the country and your job. Some routes allow a spouse to get an open work permit; others do not. Each country page explains the rule.
